Commonwealth Ventures, LLC identifies, develops, and manages commercial real estate projects in New England. Its current projects include GTECH Center, a 210,000 SF office retail complex in downtown Providence, RI; Gateway Center, a 115,000 SF building in downtown Providence fully occupied by Fidelity Investments; and the Brewery Lofts at 251 Heath Street in Boston, an adaptive reuse and expansion of the former American Brewing Company brewery into 79 residential units. Richard Galvin, president & founder, has over 20 years’ experience acquiring, developing and managing commercial real estate in the United States in his former role as a Trammell Crow Company partner in its Boston office.
